Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Obsidian Auto Detailing, appointments are reserved just for you. As a small, appointment-based business, we rely on timely cancellations to manage our schedule and deliver quality service. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking.

 

1. Deposits & Forfeiture: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be credited toward your total service cost at the time of completion. Service Type Deposit Amount Forfeiture Policy

- Interior or Exterior Detail$50

Forfeited if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-show

 

- Full Detail (Interior + Exterior)$50

Forfeited under same conditions

 

- Obsidian Package (Premium Services)$50 Forfeited under same conditions

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show.

 

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. No-shows may also result in loss of deposit and could require full prepayment for future bookings.

 

3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance with no penalty, and your deposit will carry over. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless due to extreme circumstances (at our discretion).

 

4. Refunds: No refunds are issued once a service is completed. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to address the issue or offer a correction. Refunds are granted only in cases of service failure and at the sole discretion of Obsidian Auto Detailing.

 

5. Weather Policy (Mobile Services)If extreme weather prevents safe or effective detailing, we will reschedule your appointment at no cost, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
